Happy Monday.. Happy President’s Day or Happy Family Day depending on where you are!!! We are looking at the Rosa Clará 2012 Spring Bridal Gown Collection. I must say I went through one gorgeous dress after another.. it was literally impossible to choose a few favourites. MAKE SURE you go scout the collection cause your favourite may not even be in the ones I have chosen. You can check there website for the collection ! Not only do they have gorgeous gowns but they really captured the spring season. They have dresses with light jackets or sleeves that accommodate the warming but still slightly cool spring season! They also added some pastel coloured gowns that despite being pink and blue still look like wedding gowns and don’t have that bridesmaid feel you often get when colours involved (although we here love colour!). Happy Valentine’s Day!! For me Valentine’s is a day to remember your loved ones and to do something special for them. Be that friends, family, significant others or coworkers! Valentine’s Day is also a great day for DIY projects. So why not incorporate that into your wedding. Ever wondered what to put at the back of the bride & grooms chair?? Well today we are going to make little heart shaped ornaments that can be tied into a ribbon or hung over the back of both the bride’s and grooms chair.   What You’ll Need: Poster Board or Any Heavy paper in the colours of your choice White Glue and/or Hot Glue Gun Printed Stationary (explained in step 1) String or rope in the colour of your choice Scissors or utility knife Step 1:   Using the paint program (or equivalent), make your own Bride & Groom stationary like shown in the picture above. I took different text styles and sizes moved them around, rotated, italicize and bolded to make a block. T

Happy Friday.. and a happy soon to be Valentine’s Day to you. Even if you believe Valentine’s Day is a so-to-speak “hallmark” holiday I think the idea of a day devoted to romance is divine.. I think incorporating romance into your everyday lives (not just with your significant other but also with family and friends) makes for one happy lifestyle.. lol! So we are doing a Valentine’s Day inspiration blog, but we are including the winter wonderland I’m seeing outside my window. Since it can’t be avoided – the snow I mean – it’s best to embrace it. So.. why not have all white with a hint of pink. Sort of like drinking a warm hot cocoa on a bright winter day.. that little flutter of warmth when all you see is the cold white.
