Sarah Houston Spring 2013: Bridal Gown Monday
Happy Monday… Hope your week is starting off refreshing and productive despite the cold (in Toronto anyway ;))!!!
Today we are looking at Sarah Houston Bridal’s 2013 Spring collection. The words that I instantly thought of while browsing the collection were sweet, soft, pretty, and even seductive. For example our two favourites this week (the Pastelle and Rain gowns below) have both a feminine softness and seductive sexiness. Both strapless but just with different fabrics and a different shape you get two completely different feels to these gowns.. both being quite gorgeous! Which is why when trying on gowns aside from thinking of type and fabric be sure to consider how you want to feel in the gown.
OUR FAVOURITES THIS WEEK!!
We love the Pastelle for the contrast between the bodice and the skirt. We love the mermaid figure which gives the impression of a formal gown with the bow behind.. the top however is sexy, seductive and fun! The slightly blush tone is great for giving the glow to ones skin.
We love the Rain gown for it’s soft flowing lines. The draping skirt gives it a lightness perfect for a summer wedding but the pleat look through it can also be perfect for a more formal wedding!
