Friday: A Day of Wedding Inspiration – Food 4 Thought

Yes… It’s Saturday.

Despite the fact that I missed the mark by one day does not mean I missed the inspiration. So here is Friday: A Day of Wedding Inspiration on Saturday.

Food for thought? This day of inspiration really kept my mouth watering… simply delicious. This Friday’s inspiration was Inspired by to fellow colleagues Melissa Nowakowski from Et Lofte Events and Sandra Aaron from Mindless Sophistication.

When using your favourite foods as wedding inspiration, think colour, texture, and of course culture.

Strawberry Aphrodisiac?: Inspired from a blog talking about all the wonderful food aphrodisiacs.. strawberries being one of them! Save it for the honeymoon… ;)


Jamie Kennedy Gourmet: Inspired from a Biz Bash event - “Celebrity chef Jamie Kennedy prepared cold smoked Georgian Bay whitefish on red fife blinis at a food station during the reception.”


Creme Cafe – Inspired by a BlogTo article about a wonderful little Cafe – Cafe Creme “Creme has a few different pastry chefs all said to be some of the best in Toronto. I meet pastry chef Allan Davis who explains that his desserts are either sugar free or 80% reduced sugar. Without resorting to artificial sweeteners, he sweetens his desserts with chocolate, cheese, fruit or birch syrup. He says the desserts fall into the category of neo-classical and traditional, but with a modern presentation. This information helps me feel a little less guilty about indulging.”
