Twilight Saga – Friday: A Day of Wedding Inspiration

TGIF and a Happy Friday to all. And for all my Twihards Yeah for Twilight Breaking Dawn today!! Of course being a Twilight fan, (I know I know shocking but true) and since we are doing our Movie Lovers Mini Series, I had to do a Inspiration Friday on the Twilight Saga.

But of course this is before seeing the movie… so this is going to be my interpretation… I think when you plan a wedding you should always let the theme and inspiration stem from your own personal wants and needs for your wedding. Movies, photos, items really should only be inspiration and not be taken in a literal sense. Yes the Twilight wedding will be gorgeous… but let that inspire you for your own beautiful wedding. Create your own gorgeous weddings with little tidbits here and there from whatever stemmed your inspiration!

My Twilight Wedding Inspiration came from the Gorgeous scenic views, the meadow scene, the vintage rustic but elegant engagement ring, and the modern architecture from the Cullen home. Of course Bella and Edward’s personalities played in to it too! Like Bella’s love of the colour purple.. and Edward’s love of music.

Happy Friday!!!!! Hope you are enjoying a wonderful TGIF! We are entering the wardrobe to the amazing an unique world of Narnia today as we continue our Movie Lovers Mini Series this week. Narnia and Lord of the Rings are two of my favourite movie series ever!!! So this week I wanted to inspire you with a Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe inspired wedding! Although a Narnian wedding could be quite mystically themed, I decided to take a more whimsical winter vintage look. Being on the verge of winter and truly loving the benefits of a winter wedding (like discounts in the off season) I decided to make winter the more prominent inspiration for this Narnian wedding. Lemon Lime – Friday: A Day of Wedding Inspiration

Happy Friday… The sun is shining here and it’s so warm out. And when it’s warm you always need something to quench the thirst. Hence our lemon lime blog today. We have been loving the fruit infused floral centrepieces that have been going around. It adds such a cool uniqueness to any wedding. They are also quite affordable because you can choose to use flowers and fruits that are in season. A huge variety of colours to choose from and eco-friendly too if you stick with locally grown fruits and flowers. Yellow and green are colours you can never go wrong with. There is so much inspiration in nature that you will have endless ideas with that colour choice (and endless food recipes' and desserts). And since lemons and limes are natural yellows and greens we are using those refreshing, thirst quenching fruits as our inspiration for the blog today. Hope you enjoy.
