Friday: A Day of Wedding Inspiration – Disney's Tangled

It’s FRIDAY… TGIF… and after a long week of work everyone needs a little creative inspiration to unwind.

Today’s Wedding Friday is inspired by True Love! Cause isn’t that what weddings are all about. Disney has a wonderful way of showing true love and I decided to choose a wonderful movie I watched a little while ago called Tangled… better known as Rapunzel.

When deciding on a movie wedding theme be sure to think outside of the obvious. Sure for a tangled wedding theme you could wear a floral wedding gown and add long extensions to your hair… which would be beautiful!… but remember to consider the un-obvious with subtle enhancements like lantern wedding favours, make your wedding feel like a forest with tree lined aisle, be one with nature by adding a window box garden centre piece or organic edible flowers on your wedding cake or cupcakes.

So remember this Friday to receive and give love truly as that’s the way to discover true love with significant others, good friends, and family!

Happy Friday!!!!! Hope you are enjoying a wonderful TGIF! We are entering the wardrobe to the amazing an unique world of Narnia today as we continue our Movie Lovers Mini Series this week. Narnia and Lord of the Rings are two of my favourite movie series ever!!! So this week I wanted to inspire you with a Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe inspired wedding! Although a Narnian wedding could be quite mystically themed, I decided to take a more whimsical winter vintage look. Being on the verge of winter and truly loving the benefits of a winter wedding (like discounts in the off season) I decided to make winter the more prominent inspiration for this Narnian wedding. Lemon Lime – Friday: A Day of Wedding Inspiration

Happy Friday… The sun is shining here and it’s so warm out. And when it’s warm you always need something to quench the thirst. Hence our lemon lime blog today. We have been loving the fruit infused floral centrepieces that have been going around. It adds such a cool uniqueness to any wedding. They are also quite affordable because you can choose to use flowers and fruits that are in season. A huge variety of colours to choose from and eco-friendly too if you stick with locally grown fruits and flowers. Yellow and green are colours you can never go wrong with. There is so much inspiration in nature that you will have endless ideas with that colour choice (and endless food recipes' and desserts). And since lemons and limes are natural yellows and greens we are using those refreshing, thirst quenching fruits as our inspiration for the blog today. Hope you enjoy.
