Friday: A Day of Wedding Inspiration – Black , White & Puppies

I love the idea of a black and white wedding, whether a combination or just black, or just white it really gives the wow factor at weddings.

But puppies… how adorable are they? Some people include their puppies in the wedding, but today I will drive inspiration from there beautiful coats.

This Inspiration Friday is brought to you by a great colleague of mine name Jessie who will be marrying very shortly. Her favourite thing in the world (aside from her hubby to be) is dogs. So here is my congrats to the almost new bride to be.

Narnia and Lord of the Rings are two of my favourite movie series ever!!! So this week I wanted to inspire you with a Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe inspired wedding! Although a Narnian wedding could be quite mystically themed, I decided to take a more whimsical winter vintage look. Being on the verge of winter and truly loving the benefits of a winter wedding (like discounts in the off season) I decided to make winter the more prominent inspiration for this Narnian wedding. Lemon Lime – Friday: A Day of Wedding Inspiration

Happy Friday… The sun is shining here and it’s so warm out. And when it’s warm you always need something to quench the thirst. Hence our lemon lime blog today. We have been loving the fruit infused floral centrepieces that have been going around. It adds such a cool uniqueness to any wedding. They are also quite affordable because you can choose to use flowers and fruits that are in season. A huge variety of colours to choose from and eco-friendly too if you stick with locally grown fruits and flowers. Yellow and green are colours you can never go wrong with. There is so much inspiration in nature that you will have endless ideas with that colour choice (and endless food recipes' and desserts). And since lemons and limes are natural yellows and greens we are using those refreshing, thirst quenching fruits as our inspiration for the blog today. Hope you enjoy.
