Wow what a week! National Geographic ‘Photo of the Day’ for the past 11 days have been MAGNIFICENT. Really if you love animals and don’t have this posted on your Google homepage or sent to you in email, you are truly missing out!

When it comes to Wedding Inspiration it’s not about identically replicating a like, or love of something. It’s about taking what you love and dissecting it. Finding shapes, colours, shadows, lighting, and etc. from it and using that to inspire your wedding day.

Today’s Inspiration Friday is inspired by each animal in the National Geographic ‘Photo of the Day’… this is how I am inspired by these animals and I hope it inspires you too.

Happy Friday… The sun is shining here and it’s so warm out. And when it’s warm you always need something to quench the thirst. Hence our lemon lime blog today. We have been loving the fruit infused floral centrepieces that have been going around. It adds such a cool uniqueness to any wedding. They are also quite affordable because you can choose to use flowers and fruits that are in season. A huge variety of colours to choose from and eco-friendly too if you stick with locally grown fruits and flowers. Yellow and green are colours you can never go wrong with. There is so much inspiration in nature that you will have endless ideas with that colour choice (and endless food recipes' and desserts).
